Investor's Realty, LLC is a team of dedicated and reliable real estate professionals offering exceptional property management and brokerage services throughout the greater Denver metropolitan area. We adhere to the highest professional standards of honesty and fair-dealing.
Our company is jointly owned by partners William Baylis and Jon Farnlof. We have an unusually high level of expertise for a property management and sales firm. William is a practicing attorney with over 17 years experience in real estate law and has an MBA in Accounting. After a 20 year career in IT Managment, Jon was a Director with Coldwell Banker and a Managing Broker with RE/MAX. He presently teaches Ethics to Realtors at the North Metro Denver Realtor Association.
Our leasing agents service our properties near where they live - this gives us a high degree of local knowledge. Our administrative services are performed out of our central office located just South of the Capital Building. You will find our service to be of the highest caliber and attention to detail second to none.
