Investor's Realty, LLC is a team of dedicated and reliable real estate professionals offering exceptional property management and brokerage services throughout the greater Denver metropolitan area. We adhere to the highest professional standards of honesty and fair-dealing.
Our company is jointly owned by partners Ed Fronheiser and Jon Farnlof. We have an unusually high level of expertise for a property management and sales firm. Ed has developed shopping centers, is presently a member of the Colorado Real Estate Commission Education Committee and the Metrolist (MLS) Broker Advisory Committee, was a Director with Prudential Real Estate, owner of Colorado Real Estate School, has sold many homes and has a degree in Accounting. After a 20 year career in IT Management, Jon was a Director with Coldwell Banker and a Managing Broker with RE/MAX and has sold or leased hundreds of homes. He presently teaches Ethics to Realtors at local Realtor Associations.
Our leasing agents service our properties near where they live - this gives us a high degree of local knowledge. Our administrative services are performed out of our central office located just South of the Capital Building. You will find our service to be of the highest caliber and attention to detail second to none.
