Tenant maintenance requests are made through their portal for paperless entry into our database and automatic electronic notification to property managers and maintenance technicians.

Our technology allows Tenants to use automatic bank transfers to reduce the carbon foot print of mailed and hand delivered rent payments.

We use automatic deposits to deliver payments directly to our Owner's bank accounts.

We offer our staff 100% company paid RTD bus passes.

Through careful and regular maintenance to sprinkler systems we reduce water usage and bills.
